Thank you for shopping with Love on Acrylics. Each item in our store is uniquely crafted and made-to-order just for you through our print-on-demand partner.

General Return Policy (Non-EU Orders)

Because our products are custom-printed for each customer and we operate from The Bahamas without a physical storefront, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A detailed description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the problem

Once verified, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Please Note:

• We do not accept returns due to incorrect sizing, color changes, or change of mind.

• All sizing details are available on product pages. Please check carefully before ordering.

• We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address entry at checkout.

 European Union (EU) Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer in the EU, under the Consumer Rights Directive, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal from your purchase, with some important exceptions.

Since all Love on Acrylics products are custom-made and personalized, they fall under the exception for “goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.” Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to most of our items.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement free of charge. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order with photo evidence.
